Contact
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide and the technical data needed to manage the correspondence. We do so to respond, to take requested steps before entering into a contract, or for our legitimate interest in business communication.
Technical logs
The server records data needed for security and diagnostics, including request time, an anonymized IP address, method, the full requested URI including query parameters, response status and basic browser information. Do not place personal or confidential information in URLs. Logs are retained for 14 days.
Analytics
With consent, we use Matomo operated at https://stats.atomictechlabs.eu. Matomo uses standard analytics cookies and measures page views and aggregate interactions. IP addresses are anonymized by masking the final two IPv4 bytes or an equivalent part of IPv6, and raw visit data is deleted after 180 days. Analytics runs only after consent.
Consent
Your privacy-panel choice is stored for 12 months. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes Matomo cookies accessible to the site. DNT and GPC signals do not replace the choice made in this panel.
Recipients
Data may be entrusted to hosting, analytics and IT support providers only as needed for their services and under appropriate agreements. The target hosting, log and Matomo environment is located in Poland.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for 12 months after the last contact unless a longer period is required for legal claims or obligations. Logs are retained for 14 days, raw Matomo visits for 180 days and the consent record for 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Voluntary information
Providing information in correspondence is voluntary, but without information needed for a response we may be unable to handle the request.
